Plans include:  TINY HOMES,  BACHES,  CABINS,  SLEEPOUTS,  LOFTS,  GARAGES

The range of Styles and Plans can be quickly personalised to client's requirements, providing over 8,000 unique  Designs.
These plans can be used by DIYers to build their own buildings or for Builders to have a quicker more efficient on-site build.
All plans comply with Building Code clauses, NZS3604 and District Plan requirements.

There are four types of Plans:  DESIGN,  BUILDING CONSENT,  MANUFACTURING,  DIY ASSEMBLY.

DESIGN PLANS
These are typical Building Plans containing all information and details an experienced tradesman requires to build a code compliant building.

BUILDING CONSENT
In addition, when required, site specific drawings may be added for Building Consent application.  

MATERIAL SCHEDULES
Individual full Material Schedules including all fixings and fastenings.
These can be used for ordering or getting quotes for all materials for the build.

MAJOR COMPONENT DRAWINGS
These include detailed drawings for off-site build of wall and roof framing, Roofing and flashings and Cladding.

DIY ASSEMBLY PLANS
These are unique 3D Assembly Instructions designed for DIYers or
non-licenced builders wanting to build their own building.

Plans provides comprehensive step-by-step assembly instructions for each stage of construction.
Plans come in A3 or A4 format for ease of site use.
