This is first stage in getting the plans to a workable design that best suits client's living and site requirements.

FINAL PLANS:
Final Plans contain all information and details an experienced tradesman requires to construct the building on site.
Drawings fully comply with the NZ Building Code and any specific Local Authority regulations we are aware of that may apply.

MATERIAL SCHEDULES
Our Material Schedules list all components, including fixing and fastenings.
On A4 pages for each supply category, they may be used for getting quotes or ordering materials from any local supply merchants - Timber Suppliers, Iron Manufacturers, Joinery Manufacturers etc.
MANUFACTURING PLANS
Manufacturing Plans provide full cut lists and drawings for all major components - Pre-nail wall and roof frames, Roofing and Cladding components.
These can be built on or off-site and reduce on-site assembly time.
