The MODENA is a unique modern Gable style with buttressed walls. It can be designed with roof pitches from 10 to 45 degrees and with or without integrated front deck.
Size and floor layouts are designed to client's requirements, with a wide range of cladding options and joinery sizes to suit.
The Internior can be multiple rooms including kitchen, bathrooms and toilets.
Floors can be timber on piles or concrete pad.
